Baths for Allergy Relief

Every Spring comes with allergies until right around late April for me and my nasal passages, with the worst season being August when ragweed is peaking. My nose gets so congested and swells up to the point where it’s completly blocked, which is absolute torture when trying to sleep at night. (I often joke it should be used as a war tactic.) I have relied on allergy meds, nasal sprays, my neti pot’s salt cleanse, diffuser, steam rooms and saunas to get me through the tough weeks. However, there are some great herbal remedies for baths that work very well, plus you can kick back and relax while the aromatics get to work. From ginger, peppermint, turmeric and even clay, find out what combos suit your allergy needs.
