Baking Soda Baths

You may be familiar with Epsom salt baths, but have you heard of taking a bath in baking soda? What’s the difference between the two? Think of Epsom salts as a remedy for your insides, like pain and stiffness and circulatory system health, whereas baking soda is typically used to target skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and diaper rash. However, baking soda has a long list of benefits that also target inner issues like yeast infections, UTI’s and even constipation. It is also an inexpensive option to detox, or draw impurities out of the body. The idea of baking soda alone seems pretty blah, but adding a few drops of your favorite essential oils can add aroma and feel a little less clinical.
